FAQ

6.2.0.Validity of the offer made by the seller.
6.2.1.The validity of the offer made by the seller will last for 30 days from the date the buyer has known it.
6.3.0.Terms and payment conditions.
To be confirmed by both parties. 
6.4.0.Delivery.
6.4.1.Delivery of the goods/machinery will be FOB port of Qingdao-China (Incoterms 2000) at seller's seat and it will take place within a period of time to be scheduled upon order.
6.5.0.Electrical connections - Foundations
6.5.1.Electrical connections and foundations shall be considered supplied or anyhow provided for at buyer's charge and responsibility.
6.6.0.Packing and loading of the goods/machinery.
6.6.1.The packing and loading of the goods/machinery is at seller's charge. The buyer will be responsible to supply the insurance for the transport of the goods/machinery from the stated FOB location to the place where the goods/machinery are addressed to.
6.7.0.Assembly and tests at seller's seat.
6.7.1.The seller will take care of the mechanical assembly of the equipment at his seat. Technological test of the goods/machinery may be effected with paper, inks and whatever necessary supplied by the buyer. In case of technological test effected with materials supplied by the seller, they will be at buyer's charge.
6.8.0.Assembly and starting of the goods/machinery made by seller's personnel at buyer's seat.
6.8.1.Seller's personnel will be available to assembly the goods/machinery and for the mechanical starting-up, previous buyer's notice at least two weeks before. Travel expenses (round way ticket), meals will be at the buyer's charge, working cost (USD200 PER DAY) for about 20 days. The seller's technician must be supported by at least 1 mechanical and 1 electrical assistant provided by the buyer at his cost and responsibility. The equipment necessary for the unloading and the positioning operations in the buyer's seat will be at total charge and responsibility of the buyer.
