Paper label Alu foil slitting machine
Product parameters:
1. The whole machine is centrally controlled by PLC (two vector motor) and operated centrally by touch screen man-machine interface.
2. Imported magnetic powder brake is adopted for unwinding, and PLC automatically calculates the coil diameter to realize constant unwinding tension control.
3. Vector variable frequency motor is adopted for traction drive to realize constant linear speed control.
4. The winding drive adopts vector frequency conversion motor to drive the upper and lower magnetic particle clutches, and the winding diameter is automatically calculated by PLC to realize the winding tension taper control.
5. The unwinding adopts the shaftless cylinder top sleeve device, which is clamped by the cylinder pair and positioned left and right. Oil pressure automatic feeding swing arm type is adopted for feeding
6. The system has the functions of preset meter counting, fixed coil diameter operation and equal slitting.
7. The attached EPC correction device can accurately control the end face accuracy.
8. This machine is a slitting machine for common packaging materials such as paper, label,aluminum foil,etc.
