Feature:
1.The machine body adopt 60mm thickness high quality steel plate.This ensures that the machine avoids shaking when running at high speed, thereby improving the accuracy of paper rolls slitting.
2.Gantry frame structure can transmit web material from upper into machine,anti-dust stick to the surface of material. It also give operator enough space to splice paper and easy to adjust slitting knives.(standard model has splice table)
3.The machine has three servo motors, which are used for the transmission of materials and the winding after slitting.(five motors model is an option)
4.SIEMENS PLC,it have an intelligent operating program system with many function,automatic counting meter,automatic stop as setting winding meters,emergence stop and so on.
5.Automatic tension control. The machine can automatically measure the diameter of the mother roll and automatically adjust the output tension.

Problems in sale
About payment
After signing the contract, 30% of the total payment will be paid in advance, and the factory will accept the payment and pay the full amount of the machine for delivery.
About delivery time
About 90 working days after receiving the deposit (non-standard machine), the factory will re-decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed. The standard machine is generally within 60 working days after receiving the deposit.
Order tracking
After the customer places an order, our company will send professional personnel to track the order and regularly report the production progress to the customer. Customers can check the order status on the official website (delivery query).
Product testing
