The operation of a vertical cartoning machine, or vertical cartoner, is quite simple. The cartoner process begins with taking flat, side seamed cartons one by one from a vertical carton magazine feeder. Each carton is placed by a vacuum powered rotary carton feeder into a carton "pocket" mounted to a carousal conveyor. Next, the carton bottom flaps are folded closed and sealed, employing a variety of closure styles. The cartons are then proceed to an area ample enough to hand-load or automatically load product into the cartons from both sides of the machine. After the load area, the top flaps are plowed closed and sealed, and then the finished carton is discharged from the machine.
Bags of cereal, stick packs of yogurt, sticky dried fruits, bottles of vitamins and more can be properly handled to load into cartons. This can be done by hand, with an auger, net weigh scale, combination weigher, volumetric cup filler, or custom robotic automation. We can assess your application to find the best way to carefully and efficiently transfer your product into the cartons.

Features:

This cartoner performs packaging in a continuous and fully-automatic mode with high speed and advanced technology.
The cover is made of 304 stainless steel with an aluminum alloy tempered glass protective door.
The machine features a man-machine interface to adjust every step conveniently. It has the functions of statistical monitoring and will display any errors while sounding an alarm.
The PLC and electro-optical tracking system are applied to monitor the process of packaging. The machine will alert users of errors like when the equipment runs out of cartons or if there is a paper jam. When such problems occur, an alarm will sound to alert the operator. The number of products cartoned is displayed on this system.
The packaging machine adopts several reliable mechanical and automatic overload protection devices, which enable the machine to protect itself and avoid damage during operation.

Problems in sale
About payment
After signing the contract, 30% of the total payment will be paid in advance, and the factory will accept the payment and pay the full amount of the machine for delivery.

About delivery time
About 90 working days after receiving the deposit (non-standard machine), the factory will re-decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed. The standard machine is generally within 60 working days after receiving the deposit.

Order tracking
After the customer places an order, our company will send professional personnel to track the order and regularly report the production progress to the customer. Customers can check the order status on the official website (delivery query).

Product testing
During the production process, our company will adopt strict inspection process to ensure product quality.
