Flexo Plate Mounting Machine 

The automatic plate pasting machine from China Eastern Airlines is simple, fast, and precise. The plate pasting process does not require an experienced craftsman, relying entirely on the machine's own performance to ensure the precision and consistency of each plate pasting. It takes only a few minutes to paste a plate, easily achieving multi-plate imposition and pasting. Templates can be freely added, without being restricted by fixed identifiers.

Specification

The operation is straightforward. With the aid of a laser guide point, the operator simply places the plate in a rough position. The plate-attaching machine then takes over the task, utilizing China Eastern Airlines' proprietary recognition algorithm and the assistance of a high-precision camera to precisely position the plate. The plate cylinder automatically ascends to the plate-attaching position based on the parameters initially entered by the operator. The plate-attaching roller automatically descends to press the plate onto the plate cylinder, at which point the rear platform automatically releases the plate. The operator steps on the foot switch to command the rotation of the plate cylinder, completing the plate attachment. After the plate is attached, a plate-attaching accuracy detection report is automatically generated.

Using the recognition algorithm developed by East China Airlines Technology, the initial position of the printing plate mark is precisely measured with a maximum recognition accuracy of 3.5 micrometers. The plate-attaching platform utilizes these measurements and moves precisely under the drive of a servo motor to accurately position the printing plate.

After the operator inputs the necessary parameters for plate pasting, the high-definition camera will automatically move to the corresponding position.

Plate-contacting pressure roller

The plate-attaching roller ensures that the printing plate is evenly attached to the plate cylinder, without any air inclusions or bubbles.

Plate-fitting platform

The plate-attaching platform is the core hardware for the plate-attaching machine to accurately locate the printing plate. It moves precisely under the drive of multiple servo motors, ensuring the precision of plate attachment and consistency in each plate attachment.

Up and down lifting spindle

The mandrel, carrying the plate cylinder, will automatically ascend to the plate-attaching position based on the parameters initially input by the operator. The position of the plate cylinder will automatically adapt according to its size, eliminating the need to displace the lens and avoiding frequent "focusing" adjustments.
