Narrow Web Width Flexo Printing Machine

1. The flexo printing machine adopts the anilox rollers to spread ink. which is characterized by wearable, rust-resistant and long using life, etc. It can improve the printing efficiency.

 2. Unwinding and rewinding of the flexo printing machine is controlled by magnetism power brake and clutch. Tension controller is automatic constant type. 

 3. Printing unit of the flexo printing machine adopt 360º to regulate for registration.

 4. Each printing unit of the flexo printing machine has one IR drier. UV dryer can be optional.

 5. The rubber roller of the flexo printing machine can break away automatically while parking, and running at a low speed, in order to avoid water being dried.

 6. The main motor of the flexo printing machine is adopted the import stepless regulation of frequency conversion.

 7. Unwinding and rewinding shaft adopt air shaft, it's convenient to change load and unload the material.

 8. Unwinding, printing, varnishing, IR drying, laminating and rewinding of the flexo printing machine can be finished in one process, this kind of printing machine is best for each printing companies to print on adhesive-paper labels and other commercial label,paper cup, aluminum foil, plastic film, etc.
