1. This production line is specially designed to make Amazon paper mailing bags by bonding kraft paper with online air bubble paper, honeycomb paper or corrugated paper by water and hot glue.

2. The bag making process is to insert three rolls of kraft paper into the release frame, and reserve air bubbles or other materials in the middle layer. The bubble paper is fixed on the middle layer with fixed-point spray glue, then pressed vertically and horizontally, sprayed glue twice horizontally, and finally folded and sealed by hot pressing. The end result is an environmentally friendly cushioning bag with excellent express cushioning properties.

It is composed of computer and 12 several servo closed-loop control system, all of them, and the two layers of kraft paper rolling, the honeycomb paper, the pressure on the lining, glue sealing, shear forming, are completed in one production line, The line can make two line smaller sized bags to improve bag making efficiency.
