This machine is a chain clamping extruder designed and manufactured by our factory.

 It can replace various shapes of chain clamping molds and is used to make various PE and PP chains. This machine is composed of a main extruder, mold shaping, cooling water shaping, de watering device, air drying device, clamping chain cosing device, etc. It has the advantages of flexible mold structure and convenient loading and unloading

Specification

1. The mold used in this machine adopts advanced 90 degree extrusion.

 

2.  The material cylinder used in this machine is made of high-quality alloy steel and has undergone surface chrome plating treatment, which has strong wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and deformation resistance. It is equipped with a stainless steel electric cold water tank and can be adjusted in high and low positions at will.

 

3. 3The auxiliary traction adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, and the computer touch screen control makes the quality of the produced clamping chain more stable.

About payment

About delivery time

Order tracking

After signing the contract, 30% of the total payment will be paid in advance, and the factory will accept the payment and pay the full amount of the machine for delivery.

About 90 working days after receiving the deposit (non-standard machine), the factory will re-decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed. The standard machine is generally within 60 working days after receiving the deposit.

After the customer places an order, our company will send professional personnel to track the order and regularly report the production progress to the customer. Customers can check the order status on the official website (delivery query).
